Responsibilities:

  • Asset Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations, asset offerings across products
  • Event Operations: Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events, including token migrations, smart contract swaps, protocol upgrades, rebrands, and asset deprecation/offboarding etc.
  • External Partner Management: Act as a primary operational point of contact for external project teams, foundations, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of asset-related milestones.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate daily with internal teams—including Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support—to align on technical requirements, regulatory guidelines, and project timelines.
  • Ecosystem Campaigns: Coordinate internally to facilitate joint promotional campaigns, user engagement activities, and ecosystem growth initiatives with external partners.
  • Process Optimization: Maintain accurate documentation, operational trackers, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Continuously identify and implement process improvements to scale operations efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Finance Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline. A strong foundational understanding of financial markets is required.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in Traditional Finance (TradFi)—such as investment banking, asset management, capital markets, corporate finance, accounting etc. is preferred. A strong interest in transitioning into Web3 and the digital asset sector is essential.
  • Ownership & Responsiveness: You operate with a profound sense of ownership and urgency. You are highly responsive, proactive in unblocking bottlenecks, and consistently drive projects to completion with minimal hand-holding.
  • Integrity: Uncompromising ethics and integrity. You will frequently interact with highly sensitive, market-moving information and must handle it with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
