About the Role

We are seeking a Paid Media & Content Strategist to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage campaigns across multiple platforms while developing high-converting content for ads, landing pages, emails, and nurture campaigns.

This role focused on planning, building, launching, and managing paid digital campaigns while maintaining strong attention to detail and execution quality. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of paid media channels with excellent copywriting skills to target specific audience segments and achieve defined KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, build, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other programmatic platforms.

  • Own campaign execution end-to-end, including audience targeting, bidding strategy, budget allocation, scheduling, and optimization.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement quality to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience refinement, bid adjustments, landing page recommendations, and creative iteration.

  • Provide proactive recommendations and strategic insights, not just performance summaries.

Copywriting & Content Development

  • Write clear, compelling, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, emails, newsletters, and campaign assets.

  • Develop messaging tailored to specific audience segments, funnel stages, and campaign goals.

  • Partner with designers to develop creative assets or independently create and test ad variations.

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital channels and campaigns.

Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Build and deliver recurring performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.

  • Translate campaign data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Document campaign learnings, testing results, and best practices to improve future performance.

  • Help identify new growth opportunities across channels, audiences, and content strategies.

Collaboration & Growth Strategy

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign goals.

  • Contribute to broader campaign planning and integrated marketing initiatives.

  • Stay informed on platform updates, emerging technologies, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.
