About

At Airparks, we’re leading the way in changing the shape of airport parking by providing a service that customers can trust. It’s our people that set us apart from the rest, and we’re looking for PCV Shuttle Bus Drivers to join us on our mission, based at our Luton Airport car parks.

We're looking for experienced PCV drivers to transfer our customers to and from Luton Airport to one of our two Luton based car park sites. Your role will include driving to and from the airport as well as helping check customers in and getting them on board when they arrive on the site. This is a busy and varied role where customer interaction and decision making are key so we are looking for safe and conscientious drivers who can also deliver a fantastic customer experience.

The Role

By joining our team you’ll:

  • Safely drive our modern shuttle buses between our car parks and Luton Airport terminals.
  • Provide a warm, professional welcome - making every journey part of a hassle-free travel experience.
  • Carry out daily vehicle safety checks, ensuring buses are clean, roadworthy and ready to go.
  • Assist customers with luggage, prams and wheelchairs, always putting accessibility and comfort first.
  • Liaise with our Duty Manager and team to coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs, adapting to flight schedules and traffic.
  • Take responsibility for reporting incidents, ensuring compliance with health & safety and driving regulations.
  • Support other teams during busy periods - we pull together to deliver for our customers.

This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You won’t be stuck behind the wheel all day - you’ll be helping customers, making quick decisions, and being a vital part of their journey.

What you can bring to our team:

  • A full PCV (Category D) licence with no restrictions.
  • A valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • Experience driving large passenger vehicles in all conditions.
  • Confidence using technology
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • A friendly, approachable manner and strong communication skills.
  • Reliability, flexibility and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • A commitment to our values: Great Service, Ownership, Team, Innovation and Trust

Hours

Airparks is a 24/7 operational environment, so we welcome candidates who can work shifts to meet the needs of our customers. This will include weekends and evenings.
