We're now looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale our paid pipeline engine.

This is a high-impact role for a senior B2B SaaS marketer who combines strong performance fundamentals with AI-native execution — including the ability to build and deploy autonomous marketing agents. Someone who loves the craft, moves fast, thinks commercially, and wants to own pipeline generation end-to-end.

You'll run paid acquisition across channels like LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, and Reddit — while using Dreamdata itself and purpose-built AI agents to make smarter, faster decisions than traditional performance teams can.

What you'll do

  • Own paid pipeline generation across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels.
  • Turn paid spend into measurable pipeline and revenue impact — not vanity metrics.
  • Build and scale audiences using attribution insights, buying signals, and account-level GTM data from Dreamdata.
  • Design, build, and deploy B2B marketing agents that automate and accelerate workflows — from audience building and bid optimization to creative testing and reporting.
  • Use AI agents to orchestrate GTM actions: triggering the right messages to the right accounts at the right stage of the buying journey.
  • Collaborate closely with content, PMM, and sales teams on messaging, creative angles, offers, and campaign concepts.
  • Run structured experiments across creative, targeting, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnel stages.
  • Plan and manage budgets tied directly to pipeline and growth targets.
  • Deliver clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership with numbers you can confidently stand behind.
