We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager (Healthcare) to join our growing team and support the delivery of innovative healthcare and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment between clinical/business stakeholders and technical teams, while delivering high-quality solutions within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare-related projects (e.g., hospital systems, digital health platforms, regulatory initiatives).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders (clinical, operational) and IT teams.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when needed.
  • Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and status meetings, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and KPIs.
  • Ensure proper requirements alignment, working closely with Business Analysts and technical teams.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Support change management and user adoption, including training coordination and communication plans.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, data privacy (e.g., GDPR), and quality standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reporting.
