The Role
We are looking for a Regulatory Reporting Manager to own our end-to-end regulatory reporting framework and regulatory reporting processes across the group. You will ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, drive the evolution of our reporting standards, and play a hands-on role in data validation and submission - all while pushing for greater automation and data quality.
What You'll Do
Own and manage regulatory reports and disclosures across multiple jurisdictions, including Pillar 1, Pillar 3, and EU/German statistical reporting.
Monitor regulatory developments and implement new requirements, defining the necessary data specifications and reporting logic.
Drive continuous improvement and automation of reporting processes, controls, and data quality within the regulatory framework.
Identify opportunities to streamline capital adequacy workflows and reduce manual effort.
Lead interdisciplinary projects and take ownership of regulatory matters (e.g., processes for new products, expansion into new markets, licence applications).
Serve as a key point of contact for external partners and regulatory authorities on reporting and capital adequacy topics.
What You Need To Have
Completed degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, Engineering, or Data Science.
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, gained either in regulatory reporting at a bank or in consulting/auditing at a Big 4 firm.
Solid understanding of prudential regulatory frameworks (CRR/CRD, IFR/IFD).
High reliability, a strong eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment within a rapidly expanding organization.
Fluency in English for internal team communication is essential.
It’s a Bonus If You Have
Experience with ICAAP and/or ICARA processes and familiarity with Pillar 1 capital requirements and Pillar 3 disclosure obligations.
Experience with regulatory reporting software.
German proficiency.
