WHAT YOU GET TO DO:
Identifying patterns and trends that help enhance our Brokerage business performance
Drive understanding of key metrics to evaluate business practices, and the performance of different roles inside Brokerage
Lead Brokerage analytics efforts across key segments of the business
Guide report prioritization and consolidation to elevate the most impactful reports and insights
Collaborate with multiple business units that are tangent to Brokerage, including but not restricted to: Leadership, Sales, Account Management, Carrier Sales, Product, Engineering, and Data Platform.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in a business data or analytics function
Fluent in English (both written and spoken); comfortable interacting with native English speakers daily
Experience in the Freight Brokerage or Logistics industries is highly preferable
Advanced Spreadsheet use (Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets)
Proficiency in working knowledge of SQL query language
Some notions of basic coding in R or preferably Python (for automation of data analysis tasks) would be a plus
Knowledge about data visualization and story telling disciplines, including concrete experience in analytics tools, preferably PowerBI
Sound knowledge on basic descriptive statistics, where having mastery of predictive and prescriptive statistics techniques would be ideal.
