Tagaddod is currently looking for a Senior Payroll and HR Operations Specialist to manage the end-to-end payroll process while supporting day-to-day HR operations. This role ensures payroll is processed accurately and on time, in full compliance with Egyptian labor law, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements, while maintaining efficient HR operations and a smooth employee experience.

The role includes handling monthly payroll activities, gathering and validating inputs such as attendance, overtime, leaves, bonuses, and deductions, and reviewing payroll reports before final submission. It also involves coordinating closely with Finance on salary transfers and reconciliations, as well as managing final settlements, end-of-service payments, and any off-cycle payroll transactions. Preparing payroll reports, analytics, and supporting audits is also part of the responsibility.

In parallel, the role supports core HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This includes maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring proper documentation for hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, resignations, and terminations, and managing contracts and personnel files in line with legal requirements. The position also supports the implementation of HR policies and provides regular HR and payroll reporting such as headcount, cost analysis, and turnover
