Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle professional and niche hiring across global markets, primarily supporting our MENA hiring operations.
This role is not a transactional recruiter. You will act as a strategic partner and second-in-command to the TA Lead, owning complex hiring mandates, building pipelines for critical roles, and driving hiring outcomes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
You will be responsible for headhunting, stakeholder management, recruitment strategy, and data-driven hiring execution, ensuring we consistently attract and hire top-tier talent globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions (Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, etc.)
- Manage hiring across multiple regions (GCC, MENA, international markets)
- Deliver against aggressive hiring timelines without compromising quality
- Lead proactive talent mapping and headhunting strategies
- Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external databases to identify passive candidates
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership
- Challenge and refine hiring requirements to ensure market alignment and feasibility
- Drive alignment, accountability, and decision-making across stakeholders
- Own and optimize the usage of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Ensure data accuracy, pipeline visibility, and process efficiency
- Standardize and improve recruitment workflows and documentation
- Develop long-term talent pipelines aligned with business growth plans
- Strengthen Decima’s presence as an employer of choice in global markets
- Deliver a high-quality, professional candidate experience across all touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to professional or niche hiring
- Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates
- Strong experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions
- Experience in data-driven recruitment and reporting
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Experience hiring across GCC / MENA / international markets is highly preferred
