What You’ll Do

  • Build and scale high-throughput APIs and services (50M+ daily events)

  • Own features end-to-end, from design to production

  • Improve system performance, reliability, and security

  • Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction

  • Mentor junior engineers as you grow into a leadership role

What You Bring

  • 6–10 years of backend or full-stack engineering experience

  • Strong fundamentals in APIs, distributed systems, and debugging

  • Experience with modern web stacks (e.g., JavaScript + any OOP backend)

  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment

  • Ability to work hybrid in the DC area (relocation supported)
