Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive UI/UX solutions for complex web applications
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
- Analyze existing screens and workflows and propose usability and visual improvements
- Design data-heavy interfaces including multi-layer forms, dashboards, and grid-based screens
- Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders
- Support implementation by ensuring clear handoff and alignment with engineering teams
- Contribute to consistency, reusable patterns, and overall design quality across the product
Qualifications:
- Strong proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications
- Very good knowledge of Figma
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
- Experience with complex, enterprise and data-intensive application
- Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and responsive design
- Ability to review existing applications and identify improvement opportunities
- Strong autonomy and English communication skills, written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively in an international and distributed team
- Experience with ag-Grid or similar advanced data-grid components
- Experience designing applications built with Angular
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and frontend implementation constraints
- Experience with design systems and reusable component libraries
- Experience in energy, utilities, or other complex business domains
