About the project  

As an AJO/CJA Solutions Consultant, you will bridge the gap between complex business strategies and cutting-edge technical execution within the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem. You will serve as the trusted advisor for enterprise clients, architecting and implementing end-to-end solutions that leverage Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) for real-time orchestration and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) for deep, cross-channel insights. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Configure Adobe Journey Optimizer environments, including business rules, decision policies, and offer management. 
  • Define journey parameters, event triggers, and audience entry criteria.  
  • Establish governance frameworks for journey development and testing. 
  • Channel Integration:Configure and validate channel connections including email, SMS, push notifications, and web. 
  • Ensure proper data flow between AJO and downstream delivery systems. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate with technical teams on resolution. 
  • Design and build customer journeys based on business requirements. Configure journey logic, including conditions, splits, wait times, and actions. Validate journey behavior through testing and iterate based on results. 
  • Connect Customer Journey Analytics to AEP data sources. Configure data views, calculated metrics, and attribution models. Build reports and dashboards that provide visibility into journey performance and customer behavior. 
  • Write basic scripts and queries when configuration alone won't solve the problem. Modify existing code for minor customizations. Debug and troubleshoot technical issues without consistent escalation. Comfortable reading and understanding API documentation. 
  • Partner with automation developers on campaign execution. Provide functional requirements for custom development work. Support QA testing and production deployment activities. 

 

What makes you a great fit 🎯 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • 4+ Years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform products. 
  • Hands-on configuration experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer. 
  • Working knowledge of Customer Journey Analytics. 
  • Experience integrating marketing channels (email, SMS, push, web). 
  • Understanding of audience segmentation and personalization strategies. 
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations. 
  • Basic scripting ability (JavaScript, SQL, or similar). 
  • Comfortable working with APIs and reading technical documentation. 
  • Advanced English Level isrequiredfor this role,as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
