Role Overview:

  • It is a full-time paid 12-week summer internship programme between June and August 2026.

  • Work closely with Client Portfolio Manager (CPM) and Head of Thematic Equities – Asia in marketing efforts of thematic products.

  • Provide industry research on technology & internet sectors, and on investment themes such as 5G Connectivity, Mobility, Space Economy, Metaverse, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with investment team, CPM, and sales and client servicing teams, in promoting thematic equities product.

  • Develop / customize marketing materials for promoting existing or new thematic products for different market segments.

  • Work closely with CPM in producing research & marketing materials, such as fund updates, RFPs and client pitches.

  • Keep abreast on technology innovation & thematic trends and compose market / industry updates on investment outlook.

  • Assisting CPM and sales team in preparing research or marketing materials for client initiatives, such as client review meetings / conference calls.

  • Conduct analysis on fund flows, performance attributions, business profitability and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • University graduate with degree in Finance / Economics or relevant discipline.

  • At least two years of relevant experience in investment advisory or equity research. Candidates with prior experience focusing in TMT sectors will be well-regarded.

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Mandarin). Other Asia Languages such as Japanese or Korean would be a plus.

  • Highly motivated, articulate and with strong market sense.

  • Team player and able to work in a multi-cultural environment.
