We’re looking for a curious, data-driven and commercially focused Account Manager to join our six-person (and growing) Account Management team who’s excited by helping customers achieve their goals while hitting and exceeding company revenue targets. 

The Opportunity:

As an Account Manager at Dreamdata, you will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling. You will serve as the primary commercial point of contact and overall relationship owner for North American customers, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they receive from our platform.

This is a hybrid role, in-office at our Manhattan location near Penn Station on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. No exceptions for a full-time remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews with clients.
  • Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, escalating issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and technical Customer Success to ensure successful outcomes and advocate for customers.
  • Provide strategic support to clients, focusing on maximizing their return on investment.
  • Monitor client platform usage and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
