Are you a mortgage expert who is ready to transition from a traditional banking environment to a high-growth, tech-forward company? We are seeking a Financial/Mortgage Advisor who combines a love for numbers with a passion for helping people achieve the milestone of homeownership.

In this role, you aren’t just processing paperwork, you are a strategic partner. You will leverage your deep understanding of bank operations and consumer lending to navigate complex landscapes, ensuring our clients receive the best possible financial packages tailored to their unique needs.

This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will play a critical part in our customers’ homeownership journey and contribute directly to the success of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-to-end financial advisory support for customers seeking KPR and other home financing solutions

  • Analyze customer financial profiles (income, liabilities, affordability) to recommend optimal financing structures

  • Prepare and present financing proposals, comparisons, and pitch decks for customers and partners

  • Act as a key point of contact during the financing process, coordinating with banks, underwriters, and internal teams

  • Build, manage, and expand partnerships with financial institutions and related stakeholders

  • Develop and maintain a centralized financing resource hub, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information

  • Support sales teams by ensuring financing readiness and smooth loan processing

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and outcomes in CRM systems and tracking tools

  • Ensure all activities comply with current mortgage policies, consumer lending regulations, and internal guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years experience in consumer lending, mortgage advisory roles within a financial institution
  • Sales, Client Acquisition and Account Management experience is preferred.

  • Solid understanding of mortgage products, credit assessment, and lending policies

  • Strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to home financing

  • Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Ability to manage a high volume of client inquiries while providing clear, accurate financing guidance
