GoMining is looking for an AI Transformation Lead who will drive the development and implementation of AI across the company.

This role is for a strong leader with a technical background who can analyze business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, build an AI transformation strategy, and drive real change across the organization.

You will work directly with founders and department heads, helping the company become faster, more efficient, and more technology-driven.

About the Role

As an AI Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for analyzing company processes, identifying automation opportunities, launching internal AI solutions, and building an AI-driven culture across the company.

It is important not only to identify opportunities, but also to bring initiatives to life — from idea and architecture to implementation and scaling.


Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and identify where AI and automation can create the greatest impact.
  • Build and develop the company’s AI transformation strategy.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, implementation speed, and ROI.
  • Launch and scale internal AI solutions for HR, marketing, customer support, analytics, operations, and product teams.
  • Participate in the creation of AI assistants, knowledge bots, copilots, reporting tools, and other internal systems.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors.
  • Establish processes, best practices, and standards for using AI across the company.
  • Train teams and help increase adoption of AI tools.
  • Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Regularly prepare recommendations for leadership on new AI and automation opportunities.
