About us
We see the semiconductor industry as a realm of possibility. We see opportunity. We see the profound impact that our graphene solutions will have in transforming the industry. We invite you to join us in driving change with our fundamentally human-centered approach, uniting bright minds around a shared vision. The vision is: Prove to everybody that you can make a fundamental change. Prove with your knowledge and skills how things can be done differently. Together, we can change the paradigm of how the world connects
About our technology
The semiconductor industry’s growing demand for more powerful chips with higher bandwidth and lower power finds its solution in our technology. We connect chips to high-throughput, low-delay computing networks. The key lies in harnessing the physical properties of graphene to combine electronic computing with photonic communication, allowing countless chips to interact almost as if they were one. Our graphene photonic innovation increases computing power and efficiency to a new order of magnitude
In short, we connect chips to create powerful and energy-efficient networks, overcoming connectivity limitations in the semiconductor industry. We deliver the graphene solution
The Role
We are seeking an Analog / RF / High-Speed IC Design Engineer to support the design and validation of broadband analog, RF, and high-speed mixed-signal integrated circuit blocks for next-generation communication and computing systems. In this role, you will work closely with experienced designers, system architects, and layout engineers from concept through silicon bring-up.
To join our team, you should be excited to:
Design, simulate, and optimize analog, RF, and mixed-signal circuit blocks including TIAs, high-speed drivers, LNAs, PLLs/oscillators, clock distribution and equalization circuits
Perform analyses using AC, transient, noise, jitter, linearity, stability, PVT, corner, and Monte Carlo simulations to optimize performance and robustness
Collaborate with layout engineers on parasitic-aware implementation and post-layout verification
Support silicon bring-up, lab characterization, debugging, and performance correlation versus simulation data
Work closely with cross-functional teams including system, device, packaging, and product engineering to define specifications, document and drive design decisions
Your Qualifications
Ideal candidate is an early-career IC designer with strong analog fundamentals, a passion for high-speed and RF systems, and the ability to translate theoretical concepts into robust silicon implementations
MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field
Approximately 2–3 years of industry experience, or equivalent hands-on research experience in analog, RF, mixed-signal, or high-speed IC design
Strong understanding of analog circuit design fundamentals, including gain, bandwidth, noise, linearity, feedback, stability, and frequency response
Knowledge of CMOS and/or FinFET device physics and high-frequency circuit behavior
Experience with high-speed or RF blocks such as amplifiers, clocking circuits, SerDes, or optical interfaces.
Strong simulation, debugging, and data-analysis skills; able to interpret PVT and Monte Carlo results.
Experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre
Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python for modeling, data analysis, and automation
Knowledge of RF and electromagnetic simulation tools such as ADS, HFSS or equivalent
Experience with post-layout extraction and verification tools
Familiarity with high-speed lab test equipment and data-analysis workflows
