We are looking for a results-driven leader with strong sales expertise and people management experience, ready to contribute to regional business performance.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience in sales and 2 years of experience coordinating a team;

  • Has solid knowledge of the FMCG market and its dynamics;

  • Is comfortable leading and supporting a sales team in the field;

  • Communicates clearly and builds strong working relationships;

  • Has well-developed skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and teamwork;

  • Is available for frequent travel (over 80% of the time);

  • Valid driving license – category B;

  • English language proficiency and MS Office skills at a medium–advanced level;

  • University degree (Bachelor’s level).

Key Responsibilities

  • Track sales performance and key KPIs related to customer coverage, distribution, product portfolio, merchandising standards, and receivables;

  • Plan and coordinate sales activities in the assigned area to meet agreed business targets;

  • Lead, support, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance objectives;

  • Ensure proper in-store execution and compliance with company standards across the region;

  • Manage the assigned territory efficiently, in line with the commercial strategy;

  • Identify local growth opportunities to increase volumes and market share;

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to deliver sales and volume targets;

  • Regularly review team performance and take action when results are off track.
