As an Associate Teacher at Aaron School, you will play a key role in helping students reach their full potential within a structured and inclusive learning environment.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Education, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with families
Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children
Ability to stay organized, adaptable, and consistent in a dynamic classroom environment
What You'll Do
Support the Head Teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons across core academic subjects
Implement differentiated instruction and track student progress toward individualized learning goals
Collaborate with teaching teams and school leadership to ensure aligned and effective instruction
Apply behavior management strategies and maintain a structured, inclusive classroom environment
Communicate with families and contribute to student reports, updates, and conferences
