This is a senior leadership role with full responsibility for financial strategy, governance, and performance. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, combining strong technical expertise with commercial insight and a hands‑on approach.

What you'll be doing
- Leading and developing the finance team, setting clear direction and standards
- Owning the organisation’s financial strategy, planning, and performance management
- Overseeing month‑end, year‑end, and statutory reporting processes
- Providing accurate, timely financial insight to the executive team and board
- Managing budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term financial planning
- Ensuring strong financial controls, governance, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Acting as the primary point of contact for external auditors, advisors, banks, and other stakeholders
- Supporting commercial decision‑making across operations, capital investment, and growth initiatives
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement across finance processes, systems, and reporting
