The China PR & Event Manager role at Noble Panacea is a hybrid professional who combines the relationship management skills of a Business Development manager with the logistical precision of an PR Event Planner. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, activating, and managing partnerships—while simultaneously designing and executing events that showcase those alliances. You will serve as the bridge between our company and our partners, ensuring that co-marketing initiatives and collaborative events deliver value for all parties involved. Meanwhile, you will be the guardian of our brand voice, crafting compelling narratives for the media while simultaneously designing and executing unforgettable experiences for our clients and partners. You are a master storyteller and a logistical wizard who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities Include:
Public Relations (30%)
- Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key media, editors, influencers, and industry leaders. Proactively pitch stories, press releases, and bylined articles to secure gauranteed media coverage, while free pitch for targeted exposure and beauty awards.
- Content Creation: Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, press kits, and brand social content. Ensure all external communication aligns with the brand’s tone and voice.
- Cooperate PR: Identify and secure speaking opportunities, award submissions, and panel positions for company executives.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on PR coverage and campaign effectiveness (share of voice, sentiment, reach, engagement, and leads generation), providing insights to optimize future strategies.
Partnership Management (35%)
- Partner Identification & Onboarding: Research and identify potential strategic partners (e.g., industry associations, complementary brands, sponsors) that align with NP brand position.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners. Nurture these relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction, renewal, and growth of the partnership scope.
- Co-Marketing Activation: Develop joint go-to-market strategies with retail, trade marketing, and marketing team members to turn resources/partners into high quality propects and further brand advocators.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the ROI of partnerships. Track metrics such as leads generated from partner sources, influenced revenue, and lifetime value.
Event Management (35%)
- Strategic Planning: Co-work with marketing and retail to develop the annual event calendar and strategy, ensuring events support overall marketing and business development goals.
- End-to-End Execution: Plan and execute a wide range of events, including press conferences, product launches, industry trade shows, VIP client events, and internal company meetings.
- Logistics & Operations: Manage all logistical elements: venue selection, vendor negotiation (catering, AV, decor), budget management, timeline creation, and on-site execution.
- Guest Management: Oversee invitation lists, RSVP tracking, and VIP liaison to ensure a high-touch experience for key attendees.
- Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations to determine ROI, gather feedback, and create reports for stakeholders.
