Now we are looking for an experienced product leader to join our team as a Chief Product Officer (CPO) to take the overall responsibility for product strategy and development of Joom Marketplace platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear and effective product strategy for Joom Marketplace
- Ensure the product team (in close collaboration with engineering) delivers high-quality features or improvements helping the company hit its revenue growth targets
- Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and strategic business goals
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
- Manage, develop and hire a world-class team of product managers and UX/UI experts
