The Role

This is the role that moves the needle more than any other. Our Creative Strategists don't just come up with ideas—they architect the concepts, angles, and hooks that turn cold audiences into raving customers.

You'll work at the intersection of psychology, data, and creativity. Every concept you develop will be tested, measured, and either scaled or killed based on real performance data.

Our brands serve faith-led families and parents who want magic in their children's lives. You'll create advertising that resonates deeply with these audiences—not cheap manipulation, but genuine connection.

 

We require at least 3-5 concepts per week and are open to working with freelancers.
