You will be responsible for uncovering growth opportunities, driving automation, and—crucially—acting as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You must possess the analytical rigour to validate operational and growth needs, alongside the technical curiosity to understand system integrations and constraints, ensuring we ask the critical questions before making confident go/no-go decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery to identify customer needs, operational pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate business goals into product requirements, user stories, and actionable roadmaps.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative insights to validate opportunities and improve customer experience
  • Partner closely with Engineering to deliver scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives by balancing business impact, technical complexity, and long-term scalability.
  • Drive agile execution, aligning squads around clear goals, scope, and priorities.
  • Define product metrics and use data to measure impact and guide decisions.
  • Align stakeholders around product priorities, trade-offs, and roadmap decisions.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and prioritization to rollout and impact measurement.

Success in this role means

  • High-impact initiatives are delivered efficiently from discovery to launch.
  • Teams have clear priorities and focus on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Product improvements drive measurable business impact and operational efficiency.
  • Data, customer insights, and scalable thinking drive decisions.
