Job Title: Data Privacy Consultant

Experience: 8–14 Years

Location: Bangalore / Chennai 

Role Overview 

Capco is seeking experienced consultants to support a strategic client engagement focused on Data Privacy and regulatory standards implementation. The role involves analysing recently rolled-out Country / Local Addendums, assessing alignment with Group Standards, and driving implementation initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Analyse Country / Local Addendums that have been recently rolled out 
  • Perform gap analysis between Local Addendums and Group Standards 
  • Conduct impact assessments across business and technology processes 
  • Design and execute implementation approaches for identified remediation activities 
  • Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders 
  • Support governance, control enhancement, and regulatory compliance initiatives 
  • Drive process improvements and implementation tracking 
  • Prepare stakeholder updates, documentation, and implementation reports 

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–14 years of experience in Regulatory, Risk, Compliance, Data Governance, or related domains 
  • Strong experience in gap analysis, impact assessments, and implementation delivery 
  • Ability to interpret and operationalise regulatory and policy standards 
  • Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills 
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills 
  • Experience working within Financial Services environments 

Preferred Skills

  • Data Privacy domain expertise 
  • Experience working on regulatory transformation initiatives 
  • Exposure to governance and controls frameworks
