We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our ever growing team. The ideal candidate will be able to work with multiple teams within the business to develop a strong digital marketing campaign across multiple channels.
The role will be responsible for increasing brand awareness and analysing the effectiveness of campaigns to optimise success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across online channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and product launches
- Plan, launch, and manage digital campaigns across channels like social media, email
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns for performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI
- Oversee the creation of digital content, including website copy, blogs, social media posts, and videos, ensuring all materials are on-brand, compliant, and resonate with the target audience
- Track, analyse, and report on key metrics (e.g., engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic) to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives
- Use social listening tools to monitor conversations around the brand and industry trends to inform content strategies
