Job Description & Responsibilities

Interactive Brokers Hong Kong Limited is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented professional who is a quick learner, careful, and a natural problem solver. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate excellent coordination and written communication skills.

The New Accounts Documentation & KYC Specialist's key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Validate and screen documentation submitted by clients for account opening.
  • Follow up with clients regarding any outstanding or incomplete documents.
  • Provide support for registered mail delivery.
  • Assist with account opening procedures and processing.
  • Offer general administrative support to the New Accounts team.

 

Qualification & Skills

  • Ability to produce accurate work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of working independently and effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, and solution-focused.
  • Proficient in basic PC applications.
  • Familiarity with Chinese pinyin is a plus.
