We are looking for a detail-oriented Driver Operations Associate to join our operations team. In this role, you will be the gatekeeper of platform integrity by managing the facial recognition approval process for existing drivers. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the correct, registered driver is operating on our platform, thereby maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance for our users.

What you’ll do

  • Review and process facial recognition data and documentation for existing drivers on the platform.
  • Cross-verify biometric data against registered driver profiles to prevent account sharing, identity fraud, and unauthorized platform usage.
  • Investigate and resolve high priority driver identity mismatches or system flags.
  • Assist relevant departments on escalations related to driver compliance and platform safety.
  • Identify patterns of misuse or system glitches in the facial recognition flow and report to relevant departments.
  • Execute ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead to improve overall platform safety.

What you’ll need

  • Diploma or higher in any field is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
