About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Information Technology team in our regional office in Atlanta,GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Analyst to support the administration, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) platform. Working under the direction of a Senior Manager within IT, this role partners closely with finance and operational teams to improve system functionality, streamline business processes, and ensure stable, reliable performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily administration and end-user support for the Dynamics 365 F&O platform.
- Configure system settings, including legal entities and security roles/permissions.
- Identify and support process improvements, enhancements, and system optimization.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional needs.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and third-party consultants to deliver system changes.
- Coordinate and perform functional testing, including UAT and deployment support.
- Support system releases, regression testing, and maintain RSAT automation scripts.
- Monitor system performance, track issues, and help drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Required:
- Exposure to finance/accounting functions (e.g., GL, AP, AR).
- Interest in troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and business teams.
- This position is fully in-office.
Preferred:
- 2–3 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
- Familiarity with RSAT or other automated testing tools.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (or similar work tracking tools).
- Experience documenting business requirements and/or functional specifications.
- Exposure to integrations, data management, or Microsoft Power Platform.
