We, Teltonika Telematics, currently are expanding our Embedded Software Development teams and looking for a Team Leader who can coordinate and execute tasks within a team and join our growing R&D team in Poland. Teltonika’s Telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management across logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, Teltonika sets new standards for the telematics industry.

 

In this role, you will:

  • Lead team development and project implementation.
  • Coordinate and plan projects according to Agile (Scrum) framework.
  • Establish and maintain high standards of firmware within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, evaluate, and implement solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to company and team-defined coding standards, documentation, and procedures.
  • Drive improvements in team performance and procedures.
  • Administer team member performance reviews and goal setting.

 

What we expect of you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience programming embedded systems in C/C++.
  • Bring prior experience in working with GSM, GNSS, BLE technologies.
  • Have experience with CI/CD and proficiency in unit testing methods and frameworks.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering.
  • Excel in coaching, mentoring, and empowering team members.
  • Demonstrate independent problem-solving abilities.
  • Have expertise in multi-tasking, embedded system architecture design methodologies, and the latest software quality standards.
