Role Overview
Are you goal-oriented, target-driven, and ready to take your sales skills to the next level? As a Field Sales Executive at firmus energy, you’ll be part of a new team that’s all about hitting targets and growing together. If you have experience in Field sales, Direct Sales, or another target-driven role, this could be your chance to shine and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Role Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door sales calls to current and prospective customers
- Manage and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs as agreed with your line manager.
- Deliver a strong sales pitch to gain a customer’s interest
- Handle objections professionally to secure successful outcomes
- Represent firmus energy in a professional manner
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 12 months in sales. Desirably in the field.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a similar role.
- Full Driving Licence
- Experience in selling to a diverse customer base.
- Positive, competitive, and self-motivated with a drive to consistently deliver results.
- Strong sense of personal ownership and a proactive approach to performance management.
- Available to work Monday to Friday between 10am – 8pm
