We are seeking an enthusiastic entry-level Field Service & Technical Sales Specialist who enjoys working with customers, learning new technologies, and performing hands-on technical work. The ideal candidate is motivated by both service and sales and has a passion for medical technology and customer support.
You will play a vital role in supporting healthcare facilities by combining hands-on technical service with strategic account development. In addition to providing technical service and support, this position also contributes to business development efforts through prospecting, cold calling, relationship building, and promoting repair services, refurbishments, Capital equipment, and long-term service agreements.
Each sale will require time spent in live surgeries supervising the use of the equipment and ensuring physician satisfaction.
Only considering candidates in the state of Kentucky.

- Work closely with hospitals, clinics, and surgical teams to ensure their equipment operates safely and reliably.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals through excellent service, professionalism, and responsiveness.
- Drive new business and account growth within the assigned territory, identifying opportunities for service contracts, refurbishments, and equipment sales.
- Travel to customer sites to perform hands-on service work, attend service meetings, and identify opportunities for ongoing maintenance or refurbishment support.
