Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership and Business Performance

  • Lead delivery of the village asset and operational business plans
  • Manage full P&L responsibility, including service charges, landlord budgets, and revenue streams
  • Drive occupancy, sales, and rental performance while maintaining cost discipline
  • Identify risks and opportunities and adapt strategy to ensure strong performance
  • Contribute to wider regional leadership discussions and strategic planning

Customer and Hospitality Excellence

  • Deliver an exceptional resident experience across all touchpoints
  • Foster a vibrant, inclusive community where residents feel engaged and supported
  • Ensure hospitality systems and services maximise efficiency and income
  • Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community stakeholders

Care, Wellbeing and Services

  • Oversee wellbeing programmes and community activities that enhance quality of life
