We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to own two of Lodgify's key acquisition channels: our affiliate program and our referral program. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in managing programs well, keeps things running smoothly, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to everything they do.
Beyond the core programs, you'll support the broader marketing team with ad hoc operational tasks as they come up, from coordinating promotional campaigns to helping pull together data and reporting. You're the kind of person who doesn't wait to be asked twice and proactively finds solutions.
⭐ How will you make an impact?
- Own the day-to-day management, growth, and optimization of Lodgify's affiliate program, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, and partner relationships.
- Manage the referral program, including campaign planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance across both programs, sharing clear and actionable insights with the team.
- Collaborate with finance on commission structures, payments, and compliance processes.
- Work with legal on terms and conditions and partner agreements.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns across teams, including coupon code management and partner communications.
- Support the broader marketing team with ad hoc operational tasks as needed, including data gathering, reporting, and cross-departmental coordination.
⭐ What makes you a great fit?
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner marketing, or a related field.
- Native or near-native English proficiency, given our primary focus on the North American market.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.
- Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping the team move faster.
- Comfortable working with data and translating performance metrics into clear reporting.
- Strong communicator who can build relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn't need to be chased for updates.
⭐ How can you earn extra bonus points?
- Experience with affiliate management platforms such as PartnerStack, LeadDyno, or similar.
- Background in SaaS, travel tech, or the vacation rental industry.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional campaigns or promotional initiatives.
