Who We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for a Junior IT Analyst to join our team.
That will:
- Work closely with teams across the business (both US and internationally based employees) supporting internal users with systems maintenance: by monitoring and updating configuration Items (CIs) to ensure accuracy for operational needs.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with software, hardware, connectivity, and user access.
- Manage inventory of IT devices, peripheral equipment, and consumables.
- Maintain adequate levels of equipment and consumable products.
- Replacement of defective equipment and tracking of equipment return to and from employees from around the world.
- Take on additional tasks and projects, as assigned
