The team you will be part of
The Social Commerce Team is a fast-growing team leading the way in livestream selling, short video content, and affiliate marketing across Southeast Asia. We work with top brands, combining creativity, data, and platform expertise to drive real commercial results. As part of Intrepid’s end-to-end eCommerce ecosystem, we gain broad exposure across operations, collaborate with cross-functional experts, and play a key role in shaping how brands connect with digital shoppers in real time.
As an Livestream Production Assistant you will take charge of
Responsibilities:
- OBS Stream Layouts: Build, test and run daily OBS profiles. Managing scenes, graphics overlays, bitrates and stream keys for TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
- Chroma Key Management: Set up, light and pull clean green-screen keys, ensuring minimum to zero color bleed.
- Visual QC: Ensure all graphic assets are within a safe zone and product placements are visible
- Gear Assembly & Prep: Calibrate camera focus, exposure and position wireless microphones safely before going live.
- In-Stream Asset: Prepare and insert all promotional graphic overlays, lower-thirds and product pins on the broadcast platforms.
- Tier-1 Troubleshooting: Execute immediate on-floor fixes (eg; swapping dead mic batteries, restarting software, checking cables) to preserve maximum uptime.
