Marketing Coordinator | Junior

Main Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Marketing Project Manager in coordinating physical product packaging and manufacturing logistics;
• Support account managers in executing ROI-positive marketing campaigns for retail, resell, and marketplace partners;
• Help organize and track promotional activities in retail for new and existing products/services;
• Coordinate with internal creative teams to ensure the timely production and delivery of promotional assets and materials;
• Maintain, organize, and update the directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and easily accessible;
• Assist in gathering data, setting up tracking, and preparing basic metrics for channel marketing activity reports;
• Monitor and analyze competitors’ actions, assisting with general market research;
• Form project tasks (e.g., in Jira or similar tools) to ensure deliverables, needs, and deadlines are clearly communicated across the operational and sales teams;
• Further knowledge and education by actively participating in workshops and sharing local marketing ideas with the team.

Core Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a marketing coordination, project management, or similar role (ideally within retail, distribution, or a product-focused environment);
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a related field;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, as well as web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics);
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously;
• High attention to detail including precise and effective written/verbal communication;
• Experience working with project management software, such as Jira, would be advantageous;
• Proactive mindset, general curiousness, and an eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with cross-functional operational and sales teams;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary Range

• Gross Salary 2100-2700 EUR/Month.
