The Opportunity:

We’re seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimisation of multi-channel acquisition campaigns across our education portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll be instrumental in driving lead generation and enrolments for our partner universities. You’ll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Web and Sales teams to deliver high-performing campaigns across the full student journey. This role requires someone experienced in managing multiple accounts simultaneously, with full end-to-end ownership, from hands-on campaign execution through to strategy development, optimisation and performance reporting. You’ll be responsible for defining the overarching strategy and ensuring its effective delivery within platforms.

 

Your new role:

  • Develop, implement and optimise performance marketing campaigns across SEM, paid social, display and video
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximise ROI and achieve lead and enrolment targets
  • Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Partner with creative teams to test and refine messaging and assets for improved conversion
  • Conduct A/B testing and drive continuous optimisation across the funnel
  • Work closely with sales and website teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset and contribute to a culture of innovation

Who we need:

  • 4–6+ years’ experience in performance marketing (agency or client-side)
  • Strong expertise across SEM, paid social, display and video channels
  • Hands-on expertise across platforms including SA360, Google Ads, Meta, and Microsoft Advertising 
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and ROI
  • Experience delivering integrated, data-driven campaigns with measurable results
  • Skilled in conversion optimisation, A/B testing and funnel analysis
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Businessor similar
