We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing Strategist to join our Cape Town team. You'll play a critical role in optimising property pricing to drive revenue growth, improve occupancy rates, and maximise RevPAR.

PRICING STRATEGY

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that optimise occupancy and revenue.

• Monitor property performance and recommend price adjustments based on demand and market trends.

• Track competitor pricing to ensure our properties remain competitive.

DATA ANALYSIS & REPORTING

• Analyse large datasets covering revenue, occupancy, and RevPAR.

• Interpret models and algorithms to identify pricing optimisation opportunities.

• Produce clear reports for the pricing and revenue management teams.

REVENUE MAXIMISATION

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve revenue management.

• Identify patterns that maximise client returns.

• Support decision-making with data-backed recommendations.

MARKET & COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

• Conduct regular market analysis to identify emerging trends.
