Job Description:

The Product Delivery Associate supports the accurate and timely delivery of products by performing detailed inventory verification, order validation, and delivery readiness activities. This role is responsible for physically inventorying hardware, validating configurations against customer sales orders, and ensuring products coming out of production and quality are complete and correctly documented before delivery.

This individual works closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to identify discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and maintain consistency across customer orders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hardware or manufacturing environment where accuracy and execution directly impact customer satisfaction.

The role also supports Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) inventory activities and assists senior Product Delivery personnel during customer acceptance events. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to consistently execute standardized processes with minimal errors.

Required qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy; ability to consistently identify discrepancies, missing components, and documentation issues before delivery
  • 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, inventory control, warehouse operations, quality, product delivery, or a related operational environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and completeness
  • Experience working from written procedures, work instructions, inventory records, or technical documentation
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, or similar operational teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to manage, review, and validate inventory and order-related data
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for reviewing, editing, and managing documentation
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn and operate ERP/MRP systems (e.g., Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
  • Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and reliability in previous roles
  • Ability to frequently lift, move, and transport equipment and inventory weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move items exceeding 100 pounds with appropriate equipment or assistance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or operational environment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience performing inventory audits, cycle counts, or physical inventory verification activities
  • Experience supporting shipping, receiving, material handling, or warehouse operations
  • Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or other complex hardware manufacturing environments
  • Experience supporting Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), customer deliveries, or product acceptance activities
  • Forklift certification or prior experience operating material handling equipment
  • Experience validating product configurations against sales orders, build records, or customer requirements
  • Exposure to quality inspection, defect tracking, or nonconformance processes
  • Military experience in logistics, supply, maintenance, warehouse operations, or quality assurance
  • Experience identifying process improvement opportunities in inventory, logistics, or manufacturing workflows
