The Quality Control Lab Assistant supports laboratory operations, product quality assurance, and production processes. - Oversee batch retain sample management
- Maintain the finished product retention sample program (includes operating a pallet jack)
- Conduct flavor retrieval and testing
- Prepare water ice and support syrup sensory setup
- Prepare weight sheets for upcoming production runs
- Maintain lab cleanliness and assist with general housekeeping duties and supplies
- Support production by verifying floor scales to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Cross-train on basic QC tasks to provide coverage as needed, including data entry, sample preparation for viscosity testing, bake tests, & outbound product quality checks
