We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Account Manager to join our Commercial team on a 6‑month fixed-term contract through to December 2026.
In this role, you’ll play a vital part in accelerating revenue growth across DC Thomson’s portfolio of trusted media brands. You’ll reconnect with lapsed customers, win new business and grow existing accounts, delivering tailored, multi-channel advertising solutions that create real commercial impact for our clients.
This is a fast-paced, high‑activity sales role where your ability to build relationships, uncover customer needs and convert opportunities into revenue will set you up for success. What you’ll be doing
- Owning and delivering against weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Re-engaging lapsed customers and converting them into active accounts
- Generating new business opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline
- Managing a portfolio of customers, driving retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Recommending effective multi-channel advertising solutions across our brand portfolio
- Building trusted relationships that support repeat business and long-term value
- Conducting high-volume outbound sales activity (calls and video meetings)
- Maintaining accurate CRM records (HubSpot) to support forecasting and performance
- Collaborating with colleagues to share insight, improve conversion and shape propositions
