Job Overview 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven SaaS Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a critical role in generating qualified sales opportunities by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective customers. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and is passionate about sales, communication, and relationship building. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prospect and identify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling.  
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business needs, budget, authority, and timing.  
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives.  
  • Maintain accurate prospect and pipeline activity within CRM systems.  
  • Research target accounts and personalize outreach strategies.  
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.  
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly KPIs and quota targets.  
  • Stay informed about SaaS industry trends, competitors, and product offerings.  
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.  

Required Qualifications 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.  
  • Ability to handle objections and communicate value effectively.  
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset.  

Preferred Skills 

  • Familiarity with SaaS sales methodologies and sales funnels.  
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.  
  • Experience with outbound prospecting tools and sales engagement platforms.  
  • Knowledge of B2B sales environments.  
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.

  • Outbound activity metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches)
