The role requires a well-rounded finance expert with broad financial, accounting and operational expertise and a track record of supporting cross-functional organizations through large scale growth and transformation. Excellent communication, resource allocation and people management skills are critical, as well as the ability to influence across functions and levels of leadership. In this role you will manage a multitude of high value accounts and will be required to balance the rapidly growing needs of the organization with finance and compliance objectives. The position reports to the Director, Platform Controlling.

We are a forward-thinking Controllership team that embraces an AI-enabled mindset — leveraging technology, automation, and data to strengthen controls, accelerate reporting cycles, and unlock capacity for higher-value analysis. We hold a strong conviction that AI tools are preparers, not signers: every output is reviewed, validated, and owned by the human.

  • Partner closely with finance teams to identify, assess and articulate the financial impact(s) of business changes.
  • Improve visibility for finance leadership into platform accounts and initiatives.

  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders in payments, compliance, legal and other partner and finance teams on the importance of engaging with Platform Controlling.
  • Lead the Revenue Operations team, and ensure all processes meet the close deadline.
  • Teach and mentor staff in accounting and finance on issues, including revenue technical accounting, GAAP guidance and best practices for documentation, partner engagement and operational processes.
  • Subject matter expert that partners seek out for guidance and insight.
  • Key areas of ownership - Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Bad Debt, Gift Card program and Collections.

Your Expertise:

  • 12+ years of finance and accounting experience, including management level experience in a large multinational organization.

  • Aptitude for collaboration and the ability to influence, mentor, and leverage the skills of others to achieve objectives.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage complex initiatives with cross-functional ownership.
  • Champion the team's AI enablement agenda by identifying, piloting, and scaling AI use cases across close, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
  • Design and maintain appropriate human-review checkpoints for all AI-assisted workflows, ensuring outputs meet audit-ready standards and SOX control requirements.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance leadership, BizTech, and the broader AI enablement initiative to develop accounting-specific use cases, training, and governance frameworks.
