The Platform Engineer is an infrastructure specialist focused on providing shared foundations across teams within a Value Stream. You design and deliver organization-wide SDLC technical improvements and reduce toil through automation. You act as the bridge between development needs and cost-effective infrastructure best practices

   

● Automation & Toil Reduction: Build complex, multi-stage workflows and automate SDLC steps using AI tools.
● Infrastructure as Code (IaaC): Lead Azure provisioning in IaaC mode and govern both local and cloud environments.
● Observability: Design and implement comprehensive frameworks that provide actionable insights into infrastructure health and application performance.
● AI Integration: Proactively explore and integrate agentic AI into engineering workflows to optimize delivery.
● Centralized Solutions: Identify recurring manual tasks across different teams and build centralized solutions to solve them once for the entire organization.

   

● You have 5–7+ years of experience in similar infrastructure or DevOps roles.
● You possess advanced expertise in CI/CD tooling and the organization's core full-stack technologies.
● You are a systematic problem solver capable of resolving issues that span multiple layers of technology.
● You balance delivery speed with long-term maintainability, ensuring all infrastructure is production-ready, secure, and scalable.
