Your Mission :
We are looking for a Senior Power BI Analyst to join our fast-growing Business Automation & Analytics team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing advanced Power BI solutions, with a key focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to operational teams and senior management.
In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust analytical solutions, while promoting best practices in data modeling, visualization, and governance. The position requires a high level of professionalism, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports
· Partner with business stakeholders, senior management, and C-level executives to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
- Report insights, trends, and solution recommendations directly to C-level and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Translate complex business needs into scalable data models, advanced DAX calculations, and user-friendly visualizations
· Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and ongoing data hygiene across all reporting and analytical assets
- Drive data hygiene initiatives, including identifying data quality gaps, standardizing definitions, and improving source system reliability
- Optimize performance of datasets, reports, and data refresh processes in alignment with best practices
- Establish and enforce Power BI standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making
