About the role...

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will work in a multinational environment on a multitude of tasks supporting our business in implementing and developing solutions for large EU and international institutions and private sector companies in Greece and abroad.


What you will do...

  • Design and develop Model-Driven Applications using Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring robust data models, relationships, and business logic
  • Configure and customize entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows within Power Platform
  • Implement business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows to support complex business processes
  • Integrate Model-Driven Apps with SharePoint Online for document storage, retrieval, and lifecycle management
  • Design and implement document management solutions, including metadata, versioning, permissions, and structured libraries in SharePoint
  • Develop and maintain custom connectors, plugins, and integrations where required (e.g., Azure Functions, REST APIs)
  • Ensure proper security model implementation across Dataverse and SharePoint (roles, permissions, access control)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions and architecture designs
  • Contribute to solution architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and scalability requirements
  • Support ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) using solutions, pipelines, and environment strategies
  • Optimize performance and ensure reliability of applications across environments
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and team members

Technical Skills required...

  • BSc's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or another relevant field
  • 6+ years of proven working experience as a Power Platform Developer
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • Proven expertise in Model-Driven Apps development
  • Experience with SharePoint Online (document libraries, content types, permissions, integration patterns)
  • Experience in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 services and external systems
  • Knowledge of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and performance optimization
  • Experience with Power Platform ALM, solution management, and environment strategies
  • Familiarity with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management) is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of security and compliance within Microsoft ecosystems
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal

Experience in the following will be considered as an asset:

  • Experience in enterprise document management solutions (e.g., ECCM-like systems)
  • Knowledge of records management and governance frameworks
  • Familiarity with WCAG compliance and accessibility standards
  • Previous experience in international organizations (UN, EU bodies, etc.)
