We are looking for a passionate Senior Project Manager to join our team.
A Day in the Life of a Senior Project Manager will include
- Own the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects;
- Collaborate with software engineers, infrastructure teams, business analysts, or external vendors to define technical requirements and deliverables;
- Lead and facilitate effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external vendors, utilizing regular status meetings, written reports, and collaborative tools to ensure transparency and alignment on project goals and timelines;
- Manage technical risks and issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution;
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing updates to management and client stakeholders;
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives);
- Ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution;
- Participate and lead functional and technical working groups and progress meetings;
- Prepare and present regular and accurate progress status reports to senior management;
- Track and report KPIs, milestones, and progress to senior leadership;
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
