The Senior Talent Sourcer is responsible for end-to-end talent sourcing and first-touch outreach for open roles across the company.
The primary goal of this role is to quickly identify, engage, and deliver high-quality, interested candidates to Recruiters for interview stages.
This is a pure sourcing role - no interviewing or hiring decisions. Success is measured by pipeline quality, volume, response rates, and speed of delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified candidates for junior, senior and leadership roles across technical and non-technical positions
- Use advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards)
- Craft highly personalized, high-conversion cold outreach messages
- Perform initial fit validation (role alignment, seniority, motivation) before recruiter handoff
- Engage candidates, handle first responses, and confirm genuine interest
- Deliver interview-ready candidates to Recruiters with clear, structured candidate summaries
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and candidate status in ATS / CRM
- Continuously optimize sourcing speed and quality through experimentation and iteration
- Share market insights, sourcing learnings, and talent availability feedback with the recruiting team
