The Role

We are seeking a creative partner to join our team as a Short-form Video Producer/ Editor to shape complex legal, business, and cultural insights into sharp, high-impact stories that people genuinely want to watch.

We have deep industry expertise, charismatic talent, and significant distribution opportunities and we need a visionary storyteller to bridge the gap between raw ingredients and compelling digital content.

Your role will be to design and execute repeatable, engaging formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, constantly iterating based on platform performance to grow our audience and build lasting trust.

Responsibilities

• Generating ideas for and editing high-quality short-form video content optimized for TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube (Shorts) & Facebook

• Collaborating closely with content leads, founders, and on-screen talent to shape narratives and bring ideas to life

• Writing clear, engaging scripts, outlines, and beat sheets

• Repurposing and adapting content across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and platforms

• Optimizing videos using performance insights (e.g. retention curves, watch time, engagement data)

• Experimenting with new formats, storytelling approaches, and creative concepts to improve performance

What You'll Bring

• Evidence of hands-on audience-building, ideally through your own social presence or content channels

• A strong video content portfolio showcasing creative short form video content you have produced & edited

• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube & Facebook including formats, algorithms, and audience behavior

• Experience using editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut

• Strong storytelling instincts with the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging, shareable content

• Experience developing repeatable content formats or series that drive consistent performance
